Shipping costs are calculated using UPS Priority Mail rates to US addresses and Global Priority rates anywhere else. NOTE ON SHIPPING: We use Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes and envelopes whenever it is to the customer’s advantage. For velvet fabric, 1 yard will fit in a USPS flat rate envelope costing $6.45, 2-4 yards in a USPS medium flat rate box costing $13.45 and 5-6 yards in a USPS large flat rate box costing $18.75 to anywhere within the USA. For spandex and other lighter weight fabrics, up to 8 yards will fit in a medium flat rate box and up to 12 yards in a large flat rate box. The system will figure the shipping cost based on regular priority rates, so when we use Fedex or a USPS flat rate box or envelope, we will refund you the difference!

If you are interested in an overnight or expedited shipment, please email us at arlene@fabricsinmotion.com before submitting your order and we will contact you with the actual shipping cost. Overnight delivery usually adds $20 to $30 to your standard shipment fee. Likewise, if you would like your order shipped parcel post to reduce shipping costs, please email us before submitting your order.

Unless we contact you, your order will ship on the next business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday if it is not a legal holiday.

If you are ordering a large quantity of one particular item, please email us for availability.

Minimum cut for fabric is 1 yard.

All orders are placed over an SSL encrypted site. Order with confidence that your personal information will be protected.
We will NEVER sell or give your email or any other contact information to ANYONE! Likewise for your phone number. Please be sure to include it in your registration in case we need it for shipping. For example, it is required for shipping via FedEx.

All refunds and exchanges must be made with prior approval.

All goods must be returned in resalable condition.

There is a 40% restocking ree to return fabric. Only unwashed fabric will be accepted for return.

If you receive a damaged package, please immediately report it to the postal service and then contact us within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged.
