Black Velvet with Silver Sparkles-Shedless #358

This beautiful four-way stretch black velvet, which is 420 grams/yard and 58″ wide, has silver sparkles of foil embedded in it, so the sparkles will not shed. Although very sparkly, it is less heavily sparkled than our other black velvet with silver sparkles fabric.  All of our velvets are 4 way stretch.
